Ensenada
The nearest city to Centro de Conferencias, located 80 km away, is Ensenada. Ensenada is the third largest city in the state of Baja California Norte.
Ensenada is a lively port city and serves as a center for the region with its universities and local government offices. The city offers a number of modern medical services and facilities and a broad range of professional services.
Centro de Conferencias has many business and professional partners in Ensenada. A good network of hospitals and doctors provides services to the center’s staff as well as to conference guests in cases of an emergency.
Many of the employees at the center live with their families in Ensenada. Thus, through them and the center’s business partners, there are good connections between the Conference Center and the community.
Once a year in July, the center holds a day of “Olympic Games” for employees and their families, friends and business acquaintances at a local sports stadium in Ensenada. Each year the event draws close to 300 participants who compete, play and enjoy each other’s company.
Throughout the years, Centro de Conferencias has had numerous visits from authorities, local social clubs and neighbors, who have gotten to know about the center and its activities.
The annual Christmas party – the Posada – is a highlight of the year. During most years, more than 500 guests from Ensenada and other communities have taken part in the event. Employees and their families, friends and business acquaintances come to the center for a day of celebration, good food and enjoyable company.
