Centro de Conferencias is a full-service convention and conference center. There are no additional fees connected to using any of its services, which include:
- Assistance with travel arrangements, including transportation to and from the international airports of Tijuana, San Diego and Los Angeles.
- Assistance with any travel related emergencies such as lost baggage or canceled flights.
- International cuisine: Three meals per day. The kitchen uses vegetables, fruits, meat and milk fresh from the organic farm attached to the conference center. All meals are produced to the highest international standards. Dishes from all parts of the world are served – always with a view to health.
- Snack bar with energizing and healthy homemade refreshments.
- Technical assistance with internet access and use of on-site server, printers and AV equipment.
- Translation services (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French).
- Assistance with conference materials.
- Assistance with finding additional literature in the center’s extensive library, which has books and magazines in several languages.
- Care from trained first responders and the center’s private doctor to any urgent medical need that may arise.
- On-site assortment of over-the-counter medications.
- A range of recreational activities complementing the conference program and making it a truly eventful and extraordinary experience to participate in a conference at Centro de Conferencias.
Our 24/7 service staff and conference facilitators are highly qualified and have extensive experience in caring for any need – expected or unexpected –that might emerge during the conference.
