The conference equipment at Centro de Conferencias is at the disposal of conference guests free of charge. This includes:
Wireless Internet service and cell phone coverage: There are wireless access points throughout the center covering all guest rooms, dining rooms, meeting and conference rooms, and the center has full cell phone coverage.
On-site server: Guests can access and share conference materials and other information on the center’s on-site server.
Computers: Computers are available to guests who have not brought laptops with them.
Library: The center’s library houses 2000+ books, including literary classics, modern fiction, literature on business, economics, health, science, nature, and global issues, as well as a range of magazines.
Audio-visual equipment: The center is equipped to cover audio-visual needs for meetings and conferences with up to 100 participants. This includes:
- Speaker’s podium
- Projectors and television screens of various sizes
- Handheld, wireless as well as conference gooseneck microphones
- Loudspeaker system for speeches and plenary debates
- Audio and video recording equipment
Office equipment and supplies: Printers, paper, and office supplies, including whiteboards, are available in the conference rooms and to all guests.
